Do you want to dance, workout, sweat, and sweat some more? The simple choreography you will learn in this class is inspired by the big, energetic movement of African dance. You will work out your entire body with the big, flamboyant movement: arms, shoulders, back, abs, glutes, quads, and calves! It is possible to have fun while doing intense cardio, and this is the way to do it! This class is typically done with bare feet. Wear comfy clothes, and bring water. No dance experience required; all levels welcome.
