Come join us for the Valley’s very first Pre/Post Natal Barre Fitness Class! Pregnancy is one of the most exciting times in a woman’s life and can be the most stressful as well. It’s also the time that women feel the greatest need to stay fit. Manage the stress and keep aches and pains at bay with our prenatal barre class. Our goal is to provide you a comfortable environment so you can keep fit, maintain a healthy toned body, and reduce lower back and joint pain caused by pregnancy. Please bring a mat, water and a towel. **All prenatal students are required to have doctor’s permission before attending class.
