This 60 minute, total body, cardio intense Ballerobica workout combines elements of kickboxing, martial arts, boxing and ballet. Ballet Boxing is a high impact workout that will leave you a sweaty mess! The cardio revs up your metabolic rate for an increased calorie burn, and the ballet strength training tones and tightens. Please bring water, towel and mat. Shoes are optional. (The class is typically done in bare feet, but if you need the extra stability please bring good shoes.)
