This intense Ballerobica-based class will give you a flat tummy and that six-pack you’ve always wanted! This moderate-impact class incorporates cardio to burn calories and fat and sculpting work focused on your core. This class is typically done with bare feet. Wear comfy clothes, and bring a yoga mat and water. No dance experience required; all levels welcome.
