This low-to-no-impact class emphasizes isometric movement sequences to develop elongated, lean muscles. Utilizing body weight, resistance bands, and light weights with attention to postural alignment and flexibility produces great results! This class is typically done with bare feet. Wear comfy clothes, and bring a yoga mat and water. No dance experience required; all levels welcome.
