A vigorous class packed with heart pumping beats and sequences using Ballet Barre, Pilates, light weights, resistance bands, balls, and of course your own body weight. This challenging class will challenge you for a full 60 minutes! We also incorporated some brief cardio interval training that will shed pounds and help you create long lean muscles and a strong upper body. The remaining 10 minutes of class will be followed by lengthening/strengthening techniques created by the BFF staff. You will need socks for this class, and please be sure to bring water!
