Pilates focuses on building strength without bulk, improving flexibility and agility, and helping to prevent injury. Through the sequence of no-impact movements, you will focus on awareness of spinal alignment, proper breathing, and core strength and flexibility. This class is typically done with bare feet. Wear comfy clothes, and bring a yoga mat and water. No dance experience required; all levels welcome.
