This intense 60 min. workout draws on several exercise traditions including: Lotte Berk, ballet barre work, orthopedic exercises, yoga, pilates and weight training. CoreFlex incorporates all of these disciplines into a comprehensive, full-body, non-impact workout that is highly effective. CoreFlex utilizes your own body for resistance, along with a series of non-impact high-repetition movements. There is also a strong focus on postural alignment and flexibility to create an effective but safe way to exercise that produces great results.
