This no-impact class is a great hybrid of ballet and fitness! Whether you are a ballerina or a barre fitness babe, you will love the workout you get from slow, controlled movements designed to engage and tone your abs, glutes, and inner thighs. This class is typically done in bare feet. Wear comfy clothes, and bring a yoga mat and water. No dance experience required; all levels welcome.
