This interval training-style class combines easy-to-follow, fat-blasting Latin ballroom choreography with Ballerobca sculpting movements to promote weight loss and toning.  Spice up your fitness routine! This class is typically done in athletic shoes. Wear comfy clothes, and bring a yoga mat and water. No dance experience required; all levels welcome.
