This low-impact upper-body conditioning class will help you achieve defined arms and shoulders as well as perfect ballerina posture. Using body weight, resistance bands, and light weights, you will chisel and strengthen your upper body and elongate your back, giving you a taller, more graceful appearance. This class is typically done with bare feet. Wear comfy clothes, and bring a yoga mat and water. No dance experience required; all levels welcome.
